Culinary delights in our gourmet restaurant In line with our guiding principle that 'cooking is an art', we invite you to savour exquisite gourmet dishes in our elegant restaurant, or on the fabulous summer terrace.
Inspired by regional delicacies and seasonal specialities, our chefs de cuisine Mirko Brückner and Patrick Schellenberger are constantly coming up with surprising new creations. We also offer a select choice of German and international wines to harmonise with the dishes you choose.

Quality & philosophy

Our cooking has always been seasonal, regional and natural. The quality and service of our cuisine are appreciated not just by our guests. Since 2008 we have been rated a first-class restaurant by the »Gault Millau« guide, and the »Feinschmecker« (gourmet) publication lists us among Germany's top 600 restaurants.

Cooking and catering are an art,

and Mirko Brückner and Patrick Schellenberger are masters of this art. For a casual lunch just as much as a romantic candlelight dinner. Catering manager Sven Blättner transfers the ideas from our creative kitchen to the other fine dining facilities we operate in and around Leipzig.
